HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

The Build your own Inventory Business course is £199 plus VAT.

WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED?

Just note pad and pen for now, until you are a full-fledged Inventory Clerk!

HOW BIG IS THE INVENTORY MARKET?

There are 4.61 million private rental properties across England, all of which should require a professional Inventory, check in, check out and mid term inspections

WHAT DOES BEING AN INVENTORY CLERK INVOLVE?

In short, you would be responsible for creating property condition reports at the start of the tenancy, mid tenancy and end of tenancy. You must be willing to learn and have a passion to build your own business.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE THE COURSE?

The course, if completed in one go, could be completed within a day but one of the benefits is that you can pick when you carry out the modules and work at your own pace and convenience.

WHAT LEVEL OF EDUCATION IS REQUIRED TO TAKE THE COURSE?

A good understanding of written and spoken English is essential as I will talk through every element of the course in this language. Plus, once you have completed the course, you will be writing/dictating reports so written language is important, particularly spelling and vocabulary.
